4. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis. Pricing varies by advertising channel:

• Standard Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads meet your specified criteria. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualifications, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

In no event shall ForestGladeWay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
